ReplyDeleteHere is the super easy Banana Bread Recipe I use:
ReplyDeletePreheat Oven to 350
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs (beaten)
3 tbsp. Milk
1 c. crushed banana (I use 1 big 1 or 2 small 1s)
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Mix ingredients adding butter, bananas and nuts/chips last.
Bake 45-60 minutes.
