WW: Engagement Photos!!

Fisch and I had our engagement photos taken, in June, by the very talented Bobbi Peterson of The Salty Peanut Photography.  One of the reasons we chose her, besides the beautiful photos she takes, was her willingness to travel to the place Fisch proposed to me last summer, Pewit's Nest, in Baraboo, WI.  Here are a few of our favorites...even though it is hard to pick just a few!

WW: A Saturday Hike

Last Saturday we went on a hike at Parfrey's Glen in Devils Lake State Park.  It is just one of the things I adore about Madison... you can be in the city and then in less then an hour you can be hiking gorgeous hills and gorges and riding a ferry across the lake (which may be my transportation to my new school next year!).

Wordless(ish) Wednesday: Devils Lake State Park and Camping

Every year we go camping with Fisch's family in some new location around WI.  This year it was at a campground near Devil's Lake State Park, which was great for us since it is only about 45 minutes from Madison.  One of the reasons I love WI so much is for it's varying landscapes, from flat farmland to mountainous hills to waterfalls.
